Chip and Trace RFID Boat Identification Device
Chip and Trace is a unique miniature chip that can be hidden anywhere in
your boat, yacht, trailer, outboard and expensive electronic equipment.
The stolen boats with Chip and Trace will have details automatically added
to the watchlist through our database, which is viewed regularly by Police
Authorities, Marina Owners, Harbour Masters and Sailing Club.
If the boat is spotted, the owner will be notified by email, to enable details of
RFID chip location to be passed to the “finder”, after verification of “finders”
identity.
The RFID chip will then be scanned to provide conclusive proof of ownership.
